Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply to event website projects delivered by EventCraft, a service of ECDS, and take effect once you confirm a project in writing. Sending an inquiry commits you to nothing.

We build a customized site based on the template and package you choose. This is a done-for-you service — you do not receive an editor or a login, and changes are made by us on request.

2. What you provide

Accurate event details, photographs you own or have permission to use, and prompt answers to our questions. You confirm you have the right to use everything you send; we cannot verify that independently. Delays in sending materials will move the delivery date.

3. Revisions

• Two rounds with Starter, four with Signature, six with Premium.
• A round is one batch of changes, not one change at a time.
• Errors we introduced are fixed free and do not count as a round.
• Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately.
• Extra rounds are ₱399 each. Unused rounds are not refundable.

4. Fees and payment

• Prices are in Philippine pesos and are one-time unless stated otherwise.
• 50% to begin, 50% before the site goes live.
• Bank transfer or GCash. We never ask for card details.
• A quoted price is held for 30 days.

5. Hosting

Your package includes three, six, or twelve months of hosting from the day your site goes live. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If hosting lapses, your site goes offline and we retain your content for 90 days so it can be restored.

6. Ownership

• Your content stays yours.
• The template designs stay ours. You get the right to use your finished site for your event, not ownership of the design.
• Templates may not be reused for another event without a partner arrangement.

7. Portfolio use

We may want to show completed work as an example. We will ask permission first and will honour a refusal without affecting your project.

8. Cancellation

• Before work starts: deposit refunded in full.
• After work starts, before a first draft: half refunded.
• After a first draft: not refundable, as the work has been done.
• If we cannot deliver: everything paid is refunded.

A postponed event is not a cancellation. Tell us and we will move your date free of charge.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for that project. Your event website is a convenience for sharing information, not a substitute for confirming attendance with your guests directly.

10. Partners and governing law

Partner arrangements are agreed individually and take precedence over these terms where they conflict. See our partner page. These terms are governed by Philippine law, with disputes subject to the courts of Metro Manila — though we would much rather sort out any problem by talking to you first.
