Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms, plus a little technical data:

• Your name, email, and mobile number.
• Event details: type, date, guest count, preferred template and package.
• Anything you write in the message field.
• For partners: business name, type, website, area, and events per month.
• Your IP address and browser, kept only to investigate spam.

No analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the session cookie that secures our forms and remembers validation messages.

Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry with a recommendation and a quote.
• To build your event website if you go ahead.
• To keep a record of what was agreed.

We do not send marketing emails and we do not sell your information. You will only hear from us about the inquiry you sent.

Photos and content

Photographs and text you send us are used only to build your site. We would like to feature completed work as a portfolio example occasionally — we will always ask permission first, and a refusal costs you nothing.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers, and your coordinator if you came to us through a partner. Nobody else, unless legally required.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries that do not proceed: 24 months.
• Completed projects: your hosting period plus 24 months.
• Photos and event content: deleted within 90 days of hosting ending.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you can access, correct, or ask us to erase your information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to the National Privacy Commission. Email hello@ecds.dev and we will respond within 15 working days.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection and submissions are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people who need it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes affecting current clients are emailed.
